Operating on the children will be a team of 30 doctors including highly specialized paediatric orthopaedic surgeons and anaesthesiologists from UK, USA and India, along with the team from SPARSH. These medical professionals will be dedicating their time and skills for the cause. However significant funding is required for these 200 operations to be conducted. As each child will be given the best of pre and post operative care, the expenditure for each child is estimated to be between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 40,000.

This is where your support will make a world of difference. You can help in two ways -- you could give whatever you wish to help us reach our target, or you could adopt a particular child and sponsor his or her surgery.

Medical updates, with pictures whenever possible, of the child undergoing treatment will be posted regularly on this website and you as a donor can keep track of the his/her progress. If you wish to make an anonymous contribution, your privacy will be duly respected.

Your contribution will be eligible for tax benefits under 80 G.
